Step 1
Start Families. From the opening screen click the Activate button.
Step 2
Choose Manual Unlock.
Step 3
Make a note of your Unique Computer Id
Click here
to request an activation code.
Step 4
We will email you back a code. Enter this code on the screen where it
says Registration Code and click Unlock.
