Unsure about downloading? Then read our guide below:
When downloading you need to save the Families installation file onto
your computer. Once downloaded you can then double click the installation
file to begin.
What you see on your screen when downloading depends on which internet
browser you are using. The 2 most common browsers are Internet Explorer
and Firefox.
Internet Explorer
Initially you will see :
Click the Save button
We recommend you save the file onto your Desktop so you can easily find
it later!
Click Desktop as indicated above and then the Save button
Firefox
Initially you will see :
Click Save File to continue.
Firefox always has a default save location set. Take a careful note of
the save location displayed at the bottom of this screen so you know where
to look after the download is complete.
Alternatively simply click the Open link on the above screen to start
the installation immediately after download.
